In the early stages of a startup, a lot of challenges emerge. Diana helped us navigate these challenges as a member of our advisery board. She gave us the helicopter-view we needed to move forward.

 

Diana also isn’t shy to strike a nerve. She helped us think about how to improve our organization and management roles, looking at our personal strengths and weaknesses. She does this not by saying how it is, but by evoking a conversation amongst ourselves. This has helped us tremendously.

 

In the end, Diana also is a great “kruiwagen” as we say in Dutch. She has an enormous network of people in the financial industry. This proved to be super valuable time and time again. ‘’
